FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

so here on fuckyeahjalex are asked quite a few questions, countless. its really crazy how many we do get sometimes. but a lot of the times its the same damn questions over and over and over again. honestly after the first two times of asking it. its starts to get annoying. so we are making this to help clear stop a lot of that. so. hopefully this cuts back on everything. we will add more.

RELATIONSHIPS.
first and foremost any of this information was mostly found on tumblr and from our own deductive reasonings. if you don’t believe us, then so be it but arguing with us about it will get you no where besides ignored or mocked.

ARE ALEX AND LISA TOGETHER?
we don’t know anymore than you do about their relationship status. but do know nine times out of ten you will not get a straight answer from us about it.

ARE ALEX AND TAY JARDINE TOGETHER?
they were briefly over warped tour but now are over.

DID ALEX AND JANELLE HANSEN DATE?
for a short summer, it was lead to believe they had a fling.

ARE JACK AND HOLLY TOGETHER?
no, jack and holly broke up in march 2011.

WHO ARE THE OTHER BOYS DATING?
rian is currently dating cassadee pope, lead singer of the band hey monday though she’s gone solo now so. zack is dating some girl. and as far as we know, jack is single and ready to mingle.

WHO IS THE KID ALWAYS WITH JACK?

that kid right up there name is roman. that little cutie is angel porrino’s kid. she is holly madison’s assistant/bff/ect kind of thing. him and jack hang out sometimes. it is completely adorable.

CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT ALEX’S BROTHER?
first off, his brother’s name is thomas/tom gaskarth. his name has never been daniel, that was a name someone made up and everyone latched on too. alex confirmed on twitter that his brother’s name is thomas gaskarth. he also went into detail a little detail about what happened with his brother, please read this interview.

DOES JACK HAVE ANY SIBLINGS?
jack has a older sister, may, as well as an older brother named joe.

DOES ZACK HAVE ANY SIBLINGS?
he has an older sister named samantha. no, he does not have a brother has everyone seems to believe. the guy from runner runner is not his brother. just has the sister.

WHAT ABOUT RIAN?
rian has an older brother who’s name is chase.

WHAT IS “INSERT SONG” NAME ABOUT?

VEGAS: it’s about a time where alex was kind of head over heels for meg from meg and dia and wanted to marry her and all that. he made this public himself at a concert that the song was about meg from meg and dia, which you can watch right here.

REMEMBERING SUNDAY: it’s about alex going to visit a girl and it not going as well as he thought it would. no, the girl did not die. “at home in the clouds” is simply a reference to the girl being on a plane. also, this song is about meg from meg and dia, it’s a part two of vegas. alex has said in THIS interview at the 4:18 mark that vegas and remembering sunday are about the same girl. 

COFFEESHOP SOUNDTRACK: about a time where alex had a relationship with a married lady. which he briefly talks about in this interview that he had a relation which has two parts i can’t remember which part so here’s part one and part two.

NOEL: noel is in fact not about lisa, she has stated on her blog once upon a time. it was pure coincidence that her middle name is noel and alex wrote a song named noel. it’s also not about her cheating on jack with alex for lisa and jack never dated but are/were merely best friends. noel is just about car sex. that is all.

JASEY RAE: about alex’s one night stand with a named jasey, as sort of an apology for what happened. i think.

LULLABIES: it’s always been lead to believe it’s about his older half-brother.

DEAR MARIA: it’s about when alex found out a old friend of his became a stripper and he thought that was awesome.

THERAPY: “Therapy, is about every kid’s nightmare, when people are telling you, that you need to get help, but all you really want is a hug.” 

EVERY SONG OF OF DIRTY WORK: yes, they are about jack. i’m joking.

RETURN THE FAVOR: people seem to think this song is about demi because of a few vague song titles that are used within the lyrics that were titles of demi songs but the titles are so generic that any band could be linked to this song. obviously, i don’t believe it is about her and in no shape or form can you convince me other wise unless you have a statement from alex or demi themselves. if you wish to believe, go fourth. not going to stop you. my official statement is it is not about demi lovato.

I FEEL LIKE DANCING: alex has repeatedly stated it was a song that was meant to poke fun at the state of radio and music now days. sort of thing.

THAT GIRL: it’s been sort of assumed that the song may be about janelle hansen, alex’s ex-fling type thing.

all of them have it! alex’s is on his neck right behind his ear, jack is on his shoulder next to his blink 182 bunny, zack is on his forearm. rian recently just added his to his arm, right beside his other tattoo on his arm. matt flyzik, their tour manager has the skull tattoo as well, think his is on his foot. vinny vegas (i think) has the tattoo somewhere on his leg?

WHY DID YOU IGNORE MY QUESTION?
for many reasons. we’ve answered it already, or it was rather pointless so we didn’t bother with it, or it was a question that we were sure would start a fight and we want to avoid that. or it was really weird and we didn’t know how to answer it or we are saving it to answer later because we don’t know how to answer it just yet or we just didn’t see it before we went to sleep. 

HOW COME YOU DIDN’T CREDIT ME ON MY PICTURE?
if you see a picture of yours that i have posted that isn’t linked to where it suppose to be. it’s really one of two things. one i simply forgot. during a spam i am just going through flickr like a mad woman. sometimes a picture or two slips by me. it’s no way on purpose, simply by accident. two, i saved the picture when it was posted on tumblr many moons ago and there was no watermark/etc there for me to give credit so i simply didn’t know it was yours. but if you do see it and want credit? simply just drop by and link me to the picture and what you want it linked to and i’ll gladly do it. or if you want it removed and it will. c: just be cool and i’ll be cool.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RUNNING THIS BLOG?
nearly three years? this coming december. think december 12th is the three year anniversary.

I WANT TO START AN ATL BLOG OF MY OWN, WHAT ARE SOME TIPS?
definitely start a collection of all time low pictures on your computer asap. it easier to have them there then having to search all over the place for them. those will mostly be handy when you are feeling lazy and don’t want to really look for pictures for spams and all. try not to go over board with the spamming of pictures. while people like it at some point they get a bit annoyed with it. so try to find a good pace between posting pictures/how many. but its really just whatever. that just a personal thing for me. if you are just starting out, make sure you tag all your pictures. tagging is the best way to get your blog out there because tooooooons of people track the atl tags obviously. make sure to follow every atl blog out there (make sure they are active). keep your ask box open and anon on. beware of anon hate, if gets a bit too much: turn it off. anon is there for fun and when it starts to not be fun thats when it needs to go. it saves you hurt feelings and all that. just try to keep active with it! too many atl blogs start off great but then after a week or two they give up because they don’t have five thousand followers already. just be patient and have fun with it! hope that helps!

also when it comes to pictures, if new pictures of atl pops up and another blog has already posted them and they’ve gotten around and so fourth. don’t be that blog that just right clicks and saves and reposts. it’s rude imo. just reblog! if its a couple days later thats fine but never on the same day. idk. pet peeve of mine.

HOW DO YOU MAKE GIFS?
i use imageready cs. i rip a video off of youtube using http://www.convertfiles.com/ and change it to a .mov format because i have a mac! rip it, download it to my computer. upload it to imageready and i set the bit of time i want. normally i go for 0.15. it may look a bit slow but on chrome it looks normal gif speed. try to keep it down to 15-20 frames but could go a bit more with tumblr’s new gif limit which is 1mb which is osm. but remember: bigger gifs= fewer frames. smaller gifs= more frames. you’ve got yourself a gif. c: not that this is best explanation.

WHY ANDI DOESN’T LIKE I FEEL LIKE DANCING?
alright, it’s a dumb song, i get it suppose to be a funny-poke-fun-at-things song but it went way passed that for me into that not funny at all, i’m losing brain cells here dumb. also, it stands out too much on the album and it stands out in a bad way. it doesn’t fit the album, not in the slightest bit. it doesn’t fit the sound they had going for the entire record. also, it’s a weak song, extremely weak and forgettable and they made it their first single. a first single and they picked i feel like dancing? the whole point of a first single is give everyone a taste of what you’ve been working on for months. to get i feel like dancing? it was all very disappointing. those are just a few reasons why i dislike it.
